The Project provided solutions for construction of a number of facilities for the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus to Ukraine located in the Solomianskyi District, Kyiv.
Certain town-planning conditions of the construction area made elaboration of design solutions quite difficult, specifically: limited site area, and compact planning of surrounding area.
The Complex in question comprises the following facilities:

• Residence premises block;
• Residential building.

The structural layout of the Complex facilities – cast-in-place reinforced concrete framework.
External walls of the buildings are made using ventilated suspended facades, as well as aluminium translucent frontal systems. The latter were also used for atrium skylight.

Site area – 0.25 ha
Build-up area – 950 m².
