For the first time an educational establishment for extensive learning of biotechnology and English was created.
The Reconstruction Project comprises as follows:

• Addition of two storeys;
• Extension of Northern Block comprising a gym, workshops and a canteen;
• Extension of a Block comprising an assembly hall and choreography class;
• Reconstruction and rearrangement of existing premises.

Study premises were designed for 760 students.
