The brand new “SAYAKHAT” Aircraft Plant and Airport Complex was designed for АN-140-100 aircraft production, as well as to provide services for passengers as regards their arrival, departure, etc., as well as respective cargo admission, dispatch and processing, comprising the following facilities:

• Aircraft Assembly Plant with annual programme for 3 planes per year; considering progressive implementation of modular assembly production system in order to increase the annual assembly programme up to 20 aircraft per year;
• Air Field for aircraft take-off and landing;
• Passenger Airport with respective capacity of 35 people per hour; considering an enlargement perspective;
• Cargo terminal.
