Design documentation provides a possibility to create a scientific and technical centre where the Eastern European National University professors, associate professors and students could work.

The Complex comprises administrative, study, social, sports, residential and utility areas.

The objective of the Science Park is to increase the quality of education, to stimulate scientific and technical activities, to co-ordinate research in each area of science, to perform activities ordered by the national economy entities, and to provide extra working places for citizens of Lutsk.
