On January 24–25, 2019, Director of the State Enterprise of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine “Central Design Institute”, Pryimachuk Oleh Mykhailovych has visited the Republic of Peru on a business visit at the invitation of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Peru, under the initiative of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Peru Tumasov Ihor Yuriiovych.
The purpose of the visit was to discuss possible cooperation regarding the designing and construction of a training center for the Army Ground Forces of the Republic of Peru.
The meeting was attended by the Republic of Peru Army Ground Forces Command Leadership, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Peru Tumasov I., and Director of the State Enterprise of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine “Central Design Institute” Pryimachuk O.
Based on the results of the visit, a decision was taken on further cooperation between the parties.
