The Office Building located in Spaska St., the historic part of Kyiv – Podil – was constructed by Turkish Firm “Jingilli” based on the Project provided by SE MODU “Central design institute”. Overall building area is 23 thous. sq. m.

Architectural solution for exterior was adopted based on use of aluminium translucent frontal glazing systems.
